When will arrive to Spain???

I´m an Spanish user, and I´m waiting for the new Pro Tools for Windows NT, my asks are:
-When will arrive to Spain?
-Could I buy this product from here?, my session 8 PC was bought in USA, could I upgrade from here?.

If you want to upgrade from S8 PC to Pro Tools|24, simply contact your local Digidesign dealer. The Pro Tools|24 hardware upgrade is shipping.

Please note that there will also be a S8 PC upgrade to Pro Tools|24 MIX for Windows NT later this year.

I think I´m gonna have problems with the upgrade because my Session 8 was bought in USA, not in Spain, and The dealer (VENTAMATIC)
will refuse my petition of upgrade as the last year when I had to upgrade to 2.5 version. They didn´t want to upgrade my product because It wasn´t being bought in Spain.
