Well, the only problem I can see, is if your goign from MAC to PC, and the MA sessions was using SDII files.
Do a "save session copy in" and selct BWAV as the file format and make sure "pc compatible" i selcted also.

Mac platform. My main problems are what preferences are best to use, what settings to use and anything else you can think of. Usually going from film oriented to video on the TDM. Then trying to open it up on LE 002. Some tracks come inactive and other problems. Im sure its easy I just cant figure it out thanks again.

Well, lE has no surround, and you have track/voice limitations in LE.
So, maybe you're runnign otu of tracks, and/or you have created surroudn tracks in TDM that aren't translating.

Yes, and when he says "aren't translating", he means "will NOT be imported/included". Anything that has anything to do with a track or path of 3 channels or more will simply be eliminated by LE.
All those Warning messages you get when you try to open the session, although often are the "yeah, yeah, whatever, hit OK" variety actually become critical in this case.

Good luck!
