Signal from Profire 2626 to pro tools isn't working properly

I just recently purchased a profire 2626 and pro tools m-powered. It was working great and had no problems until I need inputs 5-8. I first thought, maybe those inputs are messed up, but I'm getting a signal from them into the computer. When I open up tracks in pro tools, inputs 5-8 do not record any audio. But like I said, they work because I'm getting a signal into the computer, pro tools just won't record any audio being played from inputs 5-8. Help me please

Have you checked Setups>IO to make sure those paths are showing up properly and mapped to the correct inputs from the 2626?

You may want to save your current IO Setup, then delete all the paths on the left in the Input tab, then click on the 'Default' button in the lower right. That should assign all inputs properly.
