Eleven Rack Editor window dissapears

I loaded The Stand Alone Editor on Sunday afternoon Jan 26th.

It worked for about an hour. The next time I tried to load it, just after the screen shows the editor loading up, it minimizes itself to my task bar and then can't be maximized again. I have tried reloading everything multiple times with no luck. I have Win 7 SP1 and the 1.16 AVID Drivers. Have any of you experienced this issue? If so, what else can I do to try and fix this?

Any error messages?

Is the Eleven Rack connected and turned ON?

Are the PACE/iLok drivers installed?

Is the Eleven Rack connected to a USB 2.0 port, NOT a USB 3.0 port?

Have you tried using a different USB port?

Have you tried uninstalling the Editor, re-start the PC and Eleven Rack, then re-install?

Have you read the Troubleshooting and FAQ pages?

Yes, I have done all of those things several times. The program works fine on my Laptop PC, but on my Desktop it will not stay maximized. I have tried to contact Avid, but have not heard back yet. I really can't seem to figure out why this is happening on my PC. There has to be somebody that has experienced this issue? I do not get any error messages.

I had the same problem I fixed it by hitting Ctrl, Alt, Delete, than choose open task manager, you will see the Eleven Rack Editor hitlight it and right click, select Bring to Front, now close the Task Manager, and close the Eleven Rack Editor, than Reopen the Eleven Rack Editor,,, This Works for me... hope it helps you....

Does this happen to you every time you launch the Editor?

OK, I got it to work by using the Task Manager. Bringing it to the front and maximizing the screen helped!

no Benoni after I fixed it with the task manager it doesn't happen to me anymore... but if it does I know now how to fix it...

What kind of video card do you have? Nvidia or AMD/ATi?

And this is Windows 7 64 bit correct? Home Premium, Pro, Ultimate?

What kind of video card?

What exact version of Windows?

I got a cheap Intel Video Card, I using Windows & Pro 64 Bit....
