Default M Box Pro 3 problem...

Does anyone know how to get the M Box Pro 3 to work with Pro Tools 12.4 on OSX High Sierra (10.13.6)? I've installed the latest driver and allowed access to Avid in the security settings but to no avail; the M Box won't show up in Pro Tools and the M Box interface states that no hardware is connected but the device is recognised when in the system report.

Any help would be great.

Cheers,
Daz.
