Pro Tools 12.6 STEREO Reversed Issue

I'm still on the old 12.6 as it suits me fine. No real issues, but I just came back to a session after a lunch break, and the Stereo Imaging has automatically swapped so that panning Left sends to Right etc.

I closed that session, closed PT, re-opened PT and opened another existing session with the same result.
I haven't changed anything in the I/O or any hardwiring to speakers etc.

got me stumped...Any ideas on a fix..?

MY BIG MISTAKE...let this thread die. I can't believe it - had h'phones on wrong way around.

You tell me! the cables of my Sennheiser eh350 can be unplugged from the capsules and sometimes I put them in the wrong way so I have to pan the bass to be sure what's going on.

Don't feel bad as I'm sure we've all done this more than once. With cans that have cables that go to both sides at the same time it's an easy mistake to make. With ones that only attach to one side it becomes evident especially when that cable drags across your chest and gets in the way of getting faders
