6.1 and c24

Hi There. I am having some problems with "personality file" for c24 with pro. 6.1. There is simply no contact. protools can see the mixer but cant comunicate with it. keeps sending me the message. cant find "personality file"
the first day with 6.1 went ok, but the next -- no contact. any suggestions ???
