Default PT 6.4.1 like that old car with its personality

i can list several reasons why it will crash and how to not make it crash (at least on my system which is a 24 mix plus legacy)

-don't quit PT while in a session. close the session, wait 5 seconds, then quit application. this has something to do with the system hanging up. if you look under the file menu within this 5 second gap you will see that you won't even be able to open a new session even though you've quit the last one. you (i) gotta wait.

-this menu selection thing is a major bug on my system. things like grouping tracks, shift + apple + u not selecting all unused regions, and fades aren't available quite often until i physically go up to the file (or any other menu) and click on it (then i'll see that these options are grayed out) but wait, all i have to do is click on it again and presto, they're there. sweet. kind of like the old station wagon i had that at times when you pressed the back door release button the engine would go into super-low gear.

advice to myself, upgrade my ram cause i'm only at 768 running 64 voices on a 733g4. that might just do it.

crashes today, at least 5. pretty sweet cause i'm tracking live.

Stop complaining and give us more info besides RAM and processor speed. What version of the OS are you using? Only v10.3.4 was qualified. Do you have all of the latest plug-in versions? Did you do what is in the troubleshooting sticky thread?
