iLok or plugin issue(very odd)

Not sure WTH is going on, but my computer has developed an attitude. Had to reinstall PT as it decided to hang at "Initializing Databases" on 3 system drives, all at once. So now that I have a drive working with 10.3.5, I have 2 plugins that keep throwing a message on loading about either missing iLok authorization or problem with the install. I have uninstalled and re-installed both plugins(now twice) and run a Sync/Repair on the iLok(which did not work) and then tried moving the assets from one iLok to another(both iLok2's) and I still get the message. Any ideas?

Okay, unable to upload a picture so here is the message(title bar says Move Unauthorized Plug-ins)
Pro Tools could not load the following plug-ins because no valid
authorization could be found, the iLok key was not connected or the plug-in
was damaged
