Eucontrol Installation Failed **NOT SOLVED**

Trying to get Control up and running for the iPad. EUCON Workstation installed fine, but EuControl 3.7 gives me "the installation failed" every time right after verifying packages.

Here's what I'm running:
Pro Tools 2018
Mac OS 10.12.6 Sierra
2.5 Ghz Quad Core
16GB RAM

Is there a fix?

Thats the wrong version. Download version18.3

I've downloaded Eucon 18.3 Workstation and it installed properly, however, Eucontrol is only available in 3.7 in my Products and Subscriptions section. I need Eucontrol to get Control to work like it does on my other Mac. Are you saying there is a Eucontrol 18.3 as well?

You should not install EUCON WS its not for this, uninstall it. EuControl 18.3 should be in your account under the Control line (did you register it?)

Only Eucon Workstation Unified 18.3.0 is listed in my downloads along with Eucontrol 3.7. Yes I registered. I have Eucon 18.3 installed and apparently it includes Eucontrol 18.3 along with it. I found Eucontrol in the applications folder and Launched it.

Eucontrol recognizes iPad. With Mac & iPad on same 5Ghz network, & enabled Eucon in the peripherals, the iPad still says Not Connected. This is So Convoluted. It works perfectly on Mac #2.

To confirm, you used this file: EUCON Workstation Unified Install Mac 18.3.0 and only selected EuControl in the installer.

If you still can't get it to work, run this installer again and check remove all and remove prefs....then after reinstall just EuControl.

Correct. Installed Eucon with only a check mark in S3/ Dock / Artist / PT | Control
