Check this thread. http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t...uninstall+pt10

Hopefully it will help with your uninstall issues.

Craig F - Thanks. I may have to look into the dual boot setup....

I went to that thread you linked, and as of now (11:30 PM PDST West Coast 4/1/2014), that thread is nothing but someone asking how to uninstall PT10 in Mavericks with NO replies. How is that helpful?

It works fine here.
ProTools 10.3.7 and Mavericks 10.9.2, running on a MacBookPro 2.2Ghz i7 with 8Gb RAM.
No problems, no shutdowns.
I just gave it a try since I'm using my laptop just for some on location recordings once in a while.

Only the old MBoxPro2 was not supported proper, and even after updating the driver MBox Headphone outs are not working.
But without the MBox ProTools is running just fine

So will the mbox pro 2, protools 10 and mavericks ever work alongside each other ? Or should I just get another interface ....
