sampler plugin to make beats and loops

I am trying to find a good sampler plugin to make beats and loops. What do you recommend?

Or use BOOM! on an Instrument track, but use several Midi tracks, one for each sound. I watched a great video from protools expert last week but can't seem to find it now, but the guy set each midi track to only show a single note value, so between that and using GRID mode, it made penciling in notes and beats very slick(and it won't cost you a dime)

That’s not a sampler. It’s a sample manager akin to Loopcloud etc.

Handy tool, but not what the OP is asking for.

Try PhalanX by Vengeace Sounds or Kontakt6. We use Push2 and Live10Suite but thats a DAW with a Controller so might not apply.

But Boom is a pretty useless advice if you want to sound ”modern” and Boom is a drum VI. Hardly a Sampler/Player.

A popular one amongst the hip-hop artists like Timberland and Will.I.Am is the Serato Sample.

I believe it's currently on sale too, like most software really.

Serato Sample although not AAX is a fine slicer sampler.

For me it conflicts on recall with Blue Cat plug-in host.

I do experienced some weirdness with it via Patchwork.

We’re using the VST or AU component? From memory, the AU component functioned better.
