Default Remote (Covid19) workflows?

Just curious if anyone has come up with any solid workflows for working with a Pro Tools system remotely?

What I'm looking to accomplish...
Pro Tools Ultimate 2019.6 system is remote. It has 5.1 monitoring capabilities. How do I get it to a system remotely? Source Live? - https://www.source-elements.com/products/source-live - System that is remote would have 5.1 monitoring capablity. We use a mix of VMs and HP zControl (RGS) over VPN to connect to our Avid network with great success. Anything similar on the Mac end of things that could work with Pro Tools? Then comes the question of a remote console like an S3 that the end user has.

I know the end user already has a home setup, but I'm seeking the possibilities of what's possible.

This is your best bet for sending and receiving multichannel and having it stay in sync with both itself as well as the timecode/RTS it's sending/receiving.

I'm using Source Live with varying degrees of success. Very hit and miss on the client side. I'm sending out stereo mixes and 720p h264 video via a 25Mb upload connection. According to SL support, each stream requires 2Mb. I can have 1 person or 3-4 people on and either it will be a great experience or vid will lag, glitch, freeze, dropout. Who knows, it's far from a perfect solution. When it DOES work, it's fantastic. Our other solution is just sending out a QT. This doesn't really help 5.1 workflows, but at least it's my 2c if you're considering SL.

Also, SL won't work when connected to a VPN. At least not our VPN.
