latency help please

Hello. Hopefully I can get some help. I am having some latency when recording into ptotools. The latency is only on the one. or example, when I press start to record from reason or MPC...if a kick drum is on the one i miss a bit of the beginning. SO it sounds like the sound is playing liek 2 milliseconds before the recording actually starts. Is the a work around for this?...Currently I am using the "waiting for note" option. When i hit play it starts but not solid on the 1 beat. Instead of "Bump!"..its more like "...ump" How i record is: I recird all of my sequences in MPC and have reason rewired toprotools. I then record the audio from reason into protools. SHould I be trying to use MTC? Currently im using windows 7 with 8.4 update/4 gigs of ram/. FYI this is even when buffer is set to 64

Can you try going to Setup>Click/Countoff and try changing the click duration to 10ms or so?

I will try that...its something becasue with the 001 it was so tight...but 003 has way more settings and options...
