Default Importing MP4 video problem

I have imported an MP4 to Preo Tools MP9. I see the video track and frames from the movie. Video window says "No Movie Present". Run track - no movie. Frame rate is set correctly on Session page. What am I doing wrong?

i think i import mov files into pro tools, not MP4. Have you tried converting it to mov?
