Default transferring registration?

I am leaving the Digi/ProTools world, and will be selling my 002R- as I have 8.0 how do i go about transferring so whoever acquires the 002R can load PTLE 8.0?

I've also got some plug-ins but I believe the transfer for those is through iLok?

Thanks folks, the last last 10 years has been mostly enjoyable!
