This is what you do(I think Ive posted this about six hundred thousand times, but kindess payed is kindness earned..)

Get another Wav Editor, something like, Goldwave.
Open your Bounced file in goldwave. Do something simple, up the volume of the track 1 percent. Then click File--> Save..

OR>>>>>>

Open your Bounced file in Goldwave, and click File> Save AS. then save it as something.

Your file will now be ready for Nero Burning Rom.

ProTools puts a header in the Wav files that Nero can't stand, and rejects the files.

Another solution I hear is Bouncing in the form of AIFF as opposed to Wav. But I dont like AIFF's, so I never tried.

Hope this helps.

the above answer is right on. but a word of advice. try doing a search before posting a topic. i had this same problem, as 100's of others here. mine was about a year ago. i've answered this question about 5 times since then. so it shouldn't be hard to find a topic. if you do a search, you'll save the time of waiting for a response.
