Default PT LE 8, MBox 2 - 20% CPU usage and.. H/W buffer errors

I don't know where is problem, because I see e.g. 20-30% of CPU usage in System Usage window and Pro Tools crashes during playback/record and is asking for H/W buffer size decreasing. I changed buffer size but there is still the same problem. I use elastic audio hardly ever.

I checked CPU usage in Task Manager, and there is a bit larger than PT shows (if PT shows 25% there is 25-30%), so there is not application taking CPU power.

I own only full legal software (PT, NI, some Waves and McDSP plugins), and computer is used only for music production. Sometimes need connect to global network but usually network card is disabled. Have now PT 8.0.4 upgraded.

My system conf.:

Intel E7500 C2D, 2.93GHz, 4GB RAM DDR2, Windows 7 Professional x64, MBox 2 interface, Gigabyte EP-41 UD3L motherboard, all disk with SATA interface.

I have system optimalyzed (win aero disabled, unused programs in startup disabled, the best performance selected in advanced system properities, disks defragmented, UAC disabled, system restore disabled, manually virtual memory set, power plan for best performance...).

PT is starting always with Administrator privilegs. I tried to DEP (data execution prevention) set to PT, but after this - can't rn PT (program has stopped working). I had to change it to previous settings.

Sometimes there are H/W buffer size errors below 20% CPU usage.
