Default Top/Back button not closing plugin?

After opening a plugin from the S3 I was always able to hit the "Top/back" button in the upper left corner of the S3 to close the plugin window. It is no longer functioning that way. Is there a preference for this (since I had trashed all my prefs recently)?

Thanks

Same for me on an Artist Control. Bug logged. Who knows when the fix will be, they won't say. Very annoying on both counts.

This is really a bug!? I mean it's critical to ALL S3 workflows that AVID advertises! Every demo video of the S3 shows the user opening and closing plugins from the surface and you are saying that that function is broken? I'm not necessarily contradicting you, but can others confirm that this is the case?

It is certainly a bug for me with the Artist Control that I have, and they've logged that. I am assuming it is a similar functionality in the control surface (going "back" or to the "top" of the controls) to your S3 as far as the mechanical activity of the control surface that the user performs to send the message to the program, and thus a similar bug in the Eucon protocol.

Perhaps I am wrong.

Trying to follow up with Avid about this. I finally bothered them into responding, and to be fair, I'm also asking about a feature request... But the person I contacted wanted to know what bug I'm asking about.

How will they fix bugs if they forget they're there???
