Digidesign StreamManager_128 version 5.3.1r2 is now available for separate download from the Pro Tools 5.3.1r2 page:

If you are using the 192 Digital I/O, and you wish to also use the 128 sample buffer version of StreamManager with the fix for the 192Digital I/O rather than the 512 sample buffer version in this download, you will need to download Digidesign StreamManager_128 version 5.3.1r2 separately. <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">If you are not using a 192 Digital I/O interface and DirectConnect applications that use StreamManager with your Pro Tools|HD system, there is no reason to download this version of StreamManager.

For all other HD systems that do not have the 192 Digital I/O interface:
If you wish to use the Digidesign StreamManager_128 (for 128 sample buffer) instead of the standard 512 sample buffer StreamManager, you can find that on all Pro Tools|HD version 5.3 or 5.3.1 CDs in the "Beta/Bug Fix Software" folder.
