Still being charged after turning off auto renew

Currently, with the high inflation, high everything, I had no choice but to turn off auto renew, I really didn't use PT enough.

Anyway, why am I still being attempted to be charged ? I am getting emails saying "Attempt to charge failed" whenever I turned off auto renew a few weeks ago. So, why am I still being charged or attempt is even made whenever I turned it off a few weeks ago?

Apologies that no one responded to this..... It looks like the license expired on Feb 2. I asked the web team to verify and respond back to you and also explain how auto-renewal on and off works as it is different for monthly and annual subcriptions.
