Please Help! I believe I have a glitch with PTHDX 11 and Kontakt 5

Hi guys and thanks in advance for any help/insight you have for me.
First off, I'm not new to DAW, software, routing VSTs etc. and I've already watched a number of tutorial videos on routing from Kontakt to DAW as well as read the info on the NI site. I'm about to give up on this so hopefully one of you can tell me what I've done wrong or maybe help me discover if I'm just experiencing a glitch.
Background info:
-Running PTHDX 11.3.2 and Kontakt Player 5.7
-I trashed my PT preferences during trying to solve this problem in case that was part of it.
-Brand new session with only one instrument track running Kontakt, one midi track and one audio track.
-I have created an extra aux output in Kontakt, which is shown as "st. 2" in Kontakt.
-I've routed the midi from the midi track to the first LASS string section and all is well with midi so no trouble with midi routing.
Ok, here's are the problems I'm dealing with:
-With an instance of Kontakt open, no vsts and only the stock outputs in the output section (st. 1 and aux 1-4), Pro Tools shows "st.2" as an option when it doesn't even exist in Kontakt and "st. 1" isn't even available for selection. See image 1

-With a VST output set to "st. 2" in kontakt, I can route audio successfully to an PT audio track by selecting "Kontakt st.2", but again, it's not even showing "Kontakt st. 1" even though it's right there in Kontakt. See image 2

-When I create extra outputs like "st. 3" in Kontakt, I can easily route the vst's output to "st. 3" and get signal, but in PT, I still only have "st.2" and the 4 default aux channels to choose from. PT isn't even showing the new "st. 3" output that's active in Kontakt even though I've closed and reopened the session. See image 3

Basically it's like PT is locked up only showing "st. 2" and nothing I do can get PT to show new outputs created in Kontakt.
Unless someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, I'm thinking I need to figure out a way to "reset" PT's input channel folder or something like that so it at least is showing "st. 1" which it should always show when Kontakt is running.
Anyone know how to force PT to see Kontakt's outputs and to display only the ones that are actually there?

Can’t see your images

And you should really note which PT version you have

And which Kontakt plugin version you have as well

Not sure why you can't see images. They are in the public folder and when I click on the links, it takes me right to them.

I have the most recent version of PTHDX 11 and the most recent version of Kontakt Player 5.

Can anyone else see the images when clicking the links? It wouldn't let me embed the pics-maybe because of file size. I don't know.

What exact version of Kontakt plugin.

Have you checked the Native Instruments forum for existing issues?

I am not seeing your links at all. I just see Image 1:

with nothing beyond the colon.

Still can't see any of your links. If using Imgur.com, I use the "Direct Link" option and it will look like this:

I just double checked on a different computer in the house and I can see the images fine. Are the links not even showing up on your computer?

Now the links are showing up in your first post. Until just now, there were no links. Perhaps now someone will be able to help diagnose your problem.
