Default syncing MPC with Protools 7.4 Mac

As far as i know, we have done everything right with trying to do this...
but obviously i'm doing something wrong.. i've tried to find a good set of instructions on how to do this on the forum, but everyone seems to be using other systems or something different

anyone can post something for me on the correct way to do this???

i'm just trying to sync protools to be the master of mpc or vice/versa
