Blue Screen with PT LE 6.9 and Dell 9300

Hi can anyone help - i recently purchase a dell 9300 but for some unknown reason i cannot instal it properly - what happens is that once i shut down ptle 6.9 i get a blue screen and hence i have to switch off the machine in order to go back to windows - anyone know what this problem may be - really appreciate if someone could help thanks r
