Default Why does NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM keep shutting down...

my computer? I just got back my laptop from best buy (After a month) and when I boot up my computer after like a minute of being on I get this message

" Your computer will be shutting down because NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM'' and it also says "Your computer is shutting down because your Remote Procedure Call as unexpectedly terminated"

Can anyone help me? This is VERY annoying, after having my computer gone for a month only to have it do this.

I'm sorry but im very pissed about this. I get my computer back from best buy to have a virus on it? Thats a great warranty service. I don't know if I should just download the patch or take it back there because they screwed it up. FinnJ how would I go about DLing this patch if I can't get on the internet without it coming up with this error message? Thanks for the help
