Headphone mix for the talent
I have a HDX System and i was thinking of adding a c24 to the setup ,Would the c24 add latency to the headphone mix for the talent?

Re: Headphone mix for the talent
No, latency can only be introduced at DAW level, before DA.
After conversion to analogue, monitoring paths are latency free. No worries there. We use D Commands with Xmon and feed talent from there and never had a problem. With C24 will be the same.

Re: Headphone mix for the talent
Truthfully, the C24 will not even be in the audio path. Most will route analog outputs from an interface, to a headphone amp, bypassing the C24(aka, the great big mouse)
