DeckLink Studio 4K pci video out not working on PT10.3.8, but working on PT 11.3.2

Hi again,

I'm not not spamming, trust me!

My previous post was about the Decklink Mini Monitor not working, but I recently found out it was faulty.

I've acquired a DeckLink Studio 4K from our grading room (for testing) and it shows up fine on my system. Plays video out of PT11.3.2 great.

I can't get anything out to PT10.3.8 at all. It's detecting the signal, but nothings happening and I just get a blank screen. I'm using BM driver 10.2 on OSx 10.8.5.

Should I roll back further with the drivers? Anyone else had this problem?

10.4.2 works great here. (Not using PT10 here)

You need to install the driver after installing PT. The PT installer usually wipes the driver or at least damages it.

I tried re-installing the drivers, but still nothing.

Ah well, time I started using PT11 anyway.

Did you enable 'video out pcie' in PT 10?
