Anybody heard of BELLARI
I thought about getting a dual channel comp/limiter which is tube unit from them, its fair priced from ams and its pretty too YELLOW-- will look good in my rack, but anyway has anybody heard of these are they good I will be using the i/o on the master fader to apply this and then bounce while its running since the master fader doesnt save the finished product as a regin/waveform.

Re: Anybody heard of BELLARI
Bellari is the same company as Rolls...
Their stuff is cheap, some people like it, some don't. Depends on what you want to use it for...if you want a clean, transparent general purpose comp/limiter, this is NOT it. But if you want a cool and trashy effect on certain sounds, this box could be just right. Try it out first. If you want to talk yourself into it, I think it's cheap enough to keep around. I like to have lots of different colors to work with, so I have an old ART Pro-MPA in my rack for the same purpose. I accidentally dropped it on the sidewalk a few years ago, but it still works... Hope this helps, SC

Re: Anybody heard of BELLARI
Bad idea for mastering. Their gear is very colored.
