Digi Please Help. Have the same problem and "hide all group unhide" solves problem. Channel Matrix fails after bank select.

I'm going to need you to be a little more explicit in your explanation of what's happening. When you say it 'goes dead' - what happens exactly? What are you doing when this occurs?

I'm not clear what you're saying - can you give a step by step of what you're doing?

Digi,

Thanks for your reply... after doing a "Nudge Bank Select" and move tracks across fader packs or master fader and return to track ... the channel matrix does not work. No track select, mute, solo etc does not function or LED lights. After hide and unhide "all group" it works normal. This does not happen in Tiger 7.4. Will be glad to provide more info.

Thanks

M

Hi vudo,

No it is in the hands of Digi under a support contract. To save you and others time the following has been tried with Digi:

1. 7.4 and 7.42 Pro Control controller personalities.

2. Trash prefs

3. Reinstall Leopard + PT 8.0

Thank God I have 7.4 on a separate drive.

It is very annoying to view go to Master Faders and then return to lose functionally of the Channel Matrix.... the great worksaver of Procontrol. I hope 7.4 is not the end of support!
