Pro Tools 12.4 video not sync

Hello,
I'm running Pro Tools 12.4 HD on a mac OS 10.9.5 and when I playback video it start to walk out of sync after a while. If I stop and start again it is sync in the beginning but after some minutes it gets out of sync again (like 1 or 2 frames).
I have an old mac pro with a BlackMagic intensity pro.
Does anyone experience this problems as well and is there a fix?

Not enough info:
Are you locked to vid ref or can you tell us any other clocking info? Do you have a sync HD What is the frame rate of your video. What is the codec? Where did the video originate from? Are you playing back desktop video or video out of your BM?

I dont have a sync HD I run Pro Tools on a RME ufx. The framerate is 24fps and its a DNXHD codec, but I also have the problem with other framerates and Proress codecs.
I'm playing back the video on my BM.

I 'm on Yosemite and using PT12.6 so I can 't confirm it will work for your system but the only BM driver that allow me to keep the sync without a sync HD is the old black magic 10.4.1 driver and the new latest BM 10.8.1 driver.

also using driver 10.4.1 on macpro with intensity on yosemite
and PT HD 12.5.2 and no sync issues...

Likely to be a BM problem as happening with all codecs? Try removing BM and testing desktop video sync. If that works then it is down to BM driver.
Know anyone with an AJA solution that you can test the video integrity with?

I downgraded the BM software to 10.4 and this seems to have fixed it!
