Default How to choose instruments?

Im a new pro tools 9 user and im having problems looking for sounds to make a beat, do you know how to select instruments to create a beat??.....all i know is how to create a track and thats pretty much it....plz help, thanks.

There are tons of options for you. You might want to do a web search for plugins designed for creating beats to start with. I'm pretty sure some are even included with PT but I don't personally have much use for them.

Hi,

Pro Tools is very easy to use, once you know what you want.

It is not at all like Fruity Loopz, or other softwarez that have loops and sounds all over them.

I highly recommend taking the time to read the friendly manual, and then exploring the DAW software.

Otherwise, you can just keep banging your head against your desk.

If you don't want to take the time to at least read the chapter in the manual that deals with Virtual Instruments you can always look for videos on youtube.
