Default Mixing down to an MP3

okay, now how the hell do i turn my pro tools session into a mp3 or wav... wtf? why is it so hard to do it.. help

It's not hard to do.
Maybe bust out the documentation and have a peek at the bounce section?

Highlight what you want to bounce, go to FILE, BOUNCE to disk, select 44.1 16/24 bit ( don't remember lol ) bit stereo interleaved, and your format ( wav only on LE unless you have MP Toolkit )!
That should do it, let me know how u get on!
