Fast Track C400 volume issue
Help?! My desktop is a 2008 Mac Pro 8-core that I got cheap when my iMac died and I blinged it out with 20Gb RAM (OS won't go past El Capitan). I have a trusty old Fast Track C400 interface that worked fine at first but has developed annoying jumps/drops in loudness. I tried downgrading the driver from 1.2.11 to 1.2.8 in the hope it would like my old machine better but no. No problem with the Sternberg UR44 I use for my iPad. Any ideas? Maybe it's just slowly dying...

Re: Fast Track C400 volume issue
Joined the forum just to reply to this thread with the same problem. Started happening ~August 2017, and have ruled out any issue with the speakers. The issue does not appear to affect the headphone output. Running 1.2.11 drivers on OSX 10.9.5.
