Default Very annoying high pitch in my new Eleven Rack

Hello

I bought my second Eleven Rack about two weeks ago (My brother stole my first ) and I just noticed a very annoying high pitch signal .

When I flick the 48V Phantom switch the signal momentarily disappear but comes back again

I only use my Eleven Rack for recording guitar

I have checked the USB cable and that is not the problem

The ground switch does not fix the problem either

Apart from this very annoying problem my Eleven Racks are a dream come true

Here is a short video with the problem http://youtu.be/zD0oTRt5fXs

And this happens on every rig? even with everything bypassed? Gate has no affect?

Are you near florescent lighting?

If you unplug the guitar cable does it still make the noise?

Is the noise also present in the headphones?

Have you tried plugging in to another outlet? Preferably on a different circuit?

Does this happen in standalone and when Pro Tools is open?

Does changing samples rates have any affect?

Do you have problems with the Eleven Rack at 44.1, 48, 88.2, or 96?

What firmware is currently installed on the Eleven Rack?

I have seen Cell phones do this as well if one is in your pocket and you set the gtr on your lap.

Nice!!! also getting your guitar to close to the computer or monitor. Laptops especially .. I have seen this mistake a thousand times!!!-

Edit: I also had a planet waves cable w some special kind of ends on it that was supposed to improve something and just created horrible ground and interference noise.

I thought that this would be a good time to start using my Rackmounted Power distributor ( Not just the lights in it !) that is supposed to clean the current to my rack devices !

So far all my equipment has been dead quiet

Ohh and I LOVE my Eleven Rack
