Pro Tools HD 10 upgrade still available?

Hello folks,
I'm working in a studio with a Pro Tools HD 9 (TDM HD 3 Accel)
I've been asking the boss to upgrade to Pro Tools HD 10 for long now (no way we dump the TDM for now so 10 is the only option),
I had saw that upgrading HD 9 to HD 11 came with a HD 10 authorization, but now that I've convinced him to upgrade, PT 12 is out and I can't see no mention of PT HD 10 authorization bundled with HD 12 upgrade, which is btw much more expensive that the HD9 to HD11 upgrade.
Does anyone knows if the HD10 authorization is still available when upgrading from HD 9 to HD 12? Thanks in advance

Can't say for sure about PT10HD being included with the PT12HD upgrade as Avid keeps changing the info at the store and not all upgrades have the bundle. One thing I do know is if this is going on the computer in your sig file you're going to need a minimum of OSX 10.6.8 to run PT10.3.x, OSX 10.7.4 or OSX 10.8.x. PT10 is not supported on Mavericks but it will install and run; it's just that the PT10 uninstaller doesn't work in Mavericks.

The Mac Pro is on 10.6.8 and shall stay like this.
As you say, I've used 10.3.10 on Mavericks and it's working great.
Still no info about the HD10 authorization supplied or not with the HD9->HD12 update. I tried to contact the AVID store but apparently you have to buy the update before possibly asking support for the purchase...
If someone has the info...

I hope you get an answer and quick. As I said the info on the store keeps changing and too often info on one page doesn't agree with another.

Hi,
I contacted an Avid reseller and it seems that the Pro Tools HD 12 update includes authorizations for Pro Tools 10-11-12
I'll let you know when we receive the new iLok
