Mac OsX Extended Journaled Problem

I have a BIG problem with one of my FW external disks.
I have it formated OX X Extended Journaled and used it normally with FCP.
Yesterday I've just used it to make some modifications on Pro-tools session I've copied to, After I did the first bounce, it started crashing and suddenly the disk unmounted and never mounted again.
I've tried several softwares and they can see the disk but can't mount it nor do any kind of recovery.

What shall I do???
