Default "Pro Tools Quit Unexpectedly" after reinstall

I'm running ProTools 10.3.10 on a Mac Pro tower running OS 10.7.5. After having some trouble with another app and the OS I reinstalled a clone I made of the drive using SuperDuper! from another bay on the MacPro (bad idea!). When I tried opening ProTools got "Pro Tools Quit Unexpectedly" within a couple of seconds. I uninstalled ProTools with a "Safe Uninstall" and reinstalled. Got the same error. I then did a "Clean" uninstall and reinstalled again. Same error. Any and all help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ron
