7.4.2pr good luck stories...?

Anyone using 7.4.2 with 10.5.3 on a MacPro 8-core without issue? I am about to jump in, but have concerns about the Spotlight constantly indexing issue.

Only reading about the problems... who is having good luck? (I will be using only PTLE plugins).

Thanks for any input.
