DAE errors in 10.3.7 and Mac 10.8.5

Do these issues happen with 10.8.4? It's really really bad all of a sudden....I have recently purchased Kontakt and its happening all the time......I don't know if they are related

I am trying to track some overdubs on 2 simple sessions - maybe 10 tracks on each but with a 512 buffer settings it's next to impossible.

The question is "Does this happen on 10.8.4"?

Also I am using disk cache...... And I have printed most of the Kontakt instrument tracks to audio already
