You have no idea how happy I am to know that this will work!! Haven't installed PT 11 yet, even though I have it ready to go. Waiting to see what other problems crop up I need to be aware of!

I can't run Reason in stand alone mode. No problem in PT11 with Rewire. Any ideas? Installed both updates and still no standalone.

Hey Risk,
Sorry for jumping in so late on this, but it sounds like your issue is still continuing?

... So, by your statement above, are you saying that you DID co-install Reason as BOTH a 64 bit & a 32 bit app? Is there a possibility that PT11 is still "seeing" Reason 32 bit?
Just for giggles, Have you tried deleting/uninstalling the 32bit version of Reason to see if PT11 starts working properly with it then?
I'm just thinking out loud here...

I'm mostly on the Windows side these days, but put in a good 10 years on the Mac side of PT/Reason...

Either way, I sincerely hope you're able to get things working. I know all too well what a PITA down-time can be!

Reason 7 on the Mac only has one version; there is no separate 32 or 64 bit version. Windows has separate 32 and 64 bit versions.

Aaah... Thanks for teachin', Jack...

The statement "done the 32 bit check on the app." is what made me suspect otherwise...
