Problem Shutting Down ProTools LE

I'm using the Mbox2 Factory version with PT 7.0 on a PC with Windows XP Service Pack 2 running.

It seems when I try to exit out of PT it takes me almost 3-5 minutes to get out of the program. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem, and if they did what they did to solve it?
