Actually the low budg projects have been mostly free of this kind of crap. It's the supposedly higher budget, higher class projects where producers feel entitled to act this way, in my experience.

I remember one particularly repulsive guy on a music video shoot who came up to my daughter (and he knew she was my daughter) and said, "Hey baby, you want to be in my video?" He was 60 years old (typical country grit vanity project) and for a moment I considered making it his last day on earth.

My daughter stared at him as though he had grown antennae and said, "No, thanks, I'm second camera," and walked off. He really thought that because he had bought my time, he could treat us any way he wanted to. And of course, he had miniscule talent...as usual.
