Default M powered 7.1 with ProjectMix error

Last night I was recording and mixing without a problem.
This morning, no cigar.

Could not save "Song 3" because Assertion in "CNeolOBlock.cpp", line 164.

That is the error message I keep on getting when I try to save my progress. This has basically made my home studio useless!

I have not updated anything in the time frame from when it was working to now so I have absolutely no idea what it could be.

Side Info: I have updated protools with the 7.1 update. I am running 10.4.8 OSX on a PPC 1.5 GHz Powerbook. And the firmware for the Project mix is the most current one.

Please help me! I literally have a musician waiting here to record!!!
