Default PT Monthly Subscription Billing Question

I don't have an ASC. How do I contact someone at Avid about a billing problem? I turned off auto renewal because I wanted to pause my monthly subscription, yet my bank account was debited today anyway.

I was able to find your support case. Upon checking, your on an Annual Subscription which has a one year lock-in period. I've alerted the webstore team to check further on your case. They'll send you an Email soon.
