Default Pro Tools 9 and Legacy Midi Controllers

Hi Digi Support,
Are there any drivers in Pro Tools 9 for Legacy Midi Controllers, like JL Cooper CS-10 and Peavey PC1600?

There were support for these items in Pro Tools 8.03, however, there was NO support for these items in Pro Tools 8.04!!!!

If there is no support now, will there be any support for these items later?

Please don't keep us hanging . . . . . I never received a response from the previous time I posted concerning this issue!!!!

Thanks
Hebro1

They're not listed with Pro Tools 9 Avid Audio Drivers but maybe someone with these Controllers with Pro Tools 9 will chime in.

This is a real annoying problem. The CS-10 Template for Pro Tools 8 won't work in 9. In fact it crashes Pro Tools every time I try. I can't imagine that the differences in PT 9 and PT8 are so vast that these templates have to be rewritten or edited.

I was hoping they would fix this with patch that just came out. No such luck. It might be on Avid's radar but from what I recall, the guys who fixed the Legacy controller issue in PT8, did so on there own free time. Not because Avid made that a project.

Pro Tools in general needs better support from controllers not made by M-Audio.

Please fix this soon!!!

Definitely!

I wouldn't mind something for my AKAI MPD32+laptop set-up (Although that said... its not the end of the world!)

Again, as mentioned before; need support for legacy controllers, namely the famous Mackie HUI. I know they discontinued the HUI and replaced, but this piece of equipment had been working great up until PT9 was installed. Please, anyone.....

Thank you.
Setup: MacPro 2.8, 8G Ram 3x500HD's +320GB Main; 003r; Mackie HUI control surface.

pretty annoying that something so basic could be messed up like this. I have an M-Audio Oxygen 49 (Silver aka the "old" one), and I can't even get it to act as an HUI control for Pro Tools 9. This is what I get for buying the upgrade.

Thanks for all your help Avid.

any update on this?!

I just bought PT9 and found out I cant use the recording light in my studio which is controlled by CS-10. I also tried using the PT8 version of CS-10 and it indeed crashes Pro Tools. can anyone please let us know what's going on???
