Default No license found in iLock

I just bought a one year subscription to protools and no license went into my iLock. My iLock is linked to my avid account, it shows on my avid account under my products and subscriptions. I used the free trial of pro tools in April and just now bought the one year subscription, I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but someone please help I am clueless

Hopefully one of the mods will assist on this, but for starters, when you purchased the subscription, you should have provided your iLok account name(so Avid knows where to send the license). Next, you need an iLok(looking at your screen shots, I see no iLok connected). Register the iLok to your account and then drag the license from the list of "available" and drop onto the iLok. Any expired licenses should be deactivated and hidden.

Or the OP could be using iLok Cloud (which isn't that great of an idea anyways) in which case he wouldn't need a physical iLok. What's the problem is he put his email address in the field where he should have put his iLok ID. It's been so long since I created an iLok account I don't know what the conventions are for an iLok ID name.

The thing is that my iLock ID is the same as my email. It's okay though, I emailed avid support and they moved the licence to my iLock and everything is working and fine! thanks for the help i appreciate it
