PT HD Accel combined with UA Cards

Hi,

How can UA cards be used with Pro Tools HD Accel/8 -9 -10?
Do they appear via vst-rtas wrapper?

I wished some of the cool UA plug-ins like the new Shadow Hills were developed for AAX, TDM and RTas.

I use a UAD Quad card with PTHD and love it. Their models destroy Waves IMO. Their 1081 vs. Waves EQ4 is not even close for example.

They are native RTAS plugins and behave as such.

They just released a survey and I voted for AAX support which they will HAVE TO DO to keep PT users.

the TDM UA plugs were why i held on to 7.4 for as long as i did

Whatever you do, don't demo the UA1081 against the VEQ4. Or listen to the ATR102 or the Lex 224. And they've released an updated version of the 1176 which apparently takes it to another level. The CLA76 comp pales in comparison even to the 2001 1176.
