Waves TDM Stomp Boxes are great!
I've got Mercury for couple of months now.
I did get it for other reasons than their GTR stuff.. the amps are not my cup of tea so it was something I'm not even looked at so far... you know.. And when most of the new stuff is RTAS that I personally don't care for.... but hey, it suddenly came as a very nice surprise that in my TDM plugins list there are Waves stomp boxes that are very very nice processors! Chorus, Phaser, all the dist boxes, and the rest, very nice creative sounding stuff indeed! Just thought I share this. Can't wait to put them on my Venue as well to see if they work there. I think they should as they are TDM. I have a gazillion eq's and comps and I have been hoping for new creative plugs when some have been sitting in my plugins folder without me realizing it, ha! |

Re: Waves TDM Stomp Boxes are great!
Yes, I agree. They can get some very different results, and since they were designed primarily for guitar, you can go quite extreme - especially if you are looking to achieve very stylized effects.. great for drum loops etc.
