Default Why wont digidesign accept my autorization code?

Ive tried it in caps...without caps....with spaces..no spaces...etc...it will not let me download 7.1

does anyone know why or can help ?

You must enter it exactly as writting, including upper and lowercase letters and spaces.

Does the code start with DIGI07? If not, that could be the problem - you would need a proper code...
