Default Telling me I don't have any licenses!

Hello,
My annual support plane expired for my Pro Tools 12 and now when I go to open Pro Tools I get a message asking me to activate my license. Then when I log in it states, I don't have any licenses in my account however when I log into my iLok account there is my ilok with 4 activations.

Should I be doing something? Do I need to renew my plan for Pro Tools to work?

What exact thing did you buy? An annual subscription or what?

And the expiration date shown on the licenses on the iLok is what?

Hi,

I have a perpetual license and the expiration in July 16. I know the subscription has run out, but I though I could still use Pro Tools.

I've been having some weird problems like that with iLok. I usually pull the iLok out and plug it back in and all is better. I'm running PTHD 12.5.2 using Sierra and this version of iLock 3.1.1 GM (b631, r34746) but I think it's just the USB port running out of power or something. I don't shut my computer down very often.

Make sure, if you're on Windows, that you disable USB power management.

This post confuses me - how can you have a perpetual license, have an expiration date and also have a subscription? Multiple license assets maybe?

In the license manager, if the expiration date is July 16th. Then you don't have a perpetual license.

having a similar problem (started case 03076219). I have a subscription license (till May 2017) but my ilok won't open because my license all of the sudden is expired or "waiting to be renewed". I need it to gig tomorrow so I'd love any thoughts?

I have the same problem. Installed PT 12.6 through "Application Manager". Then, on starting PT, I get told that I have to activate and log in to my iLok account, which says, that I don't have any licenses to activate. Then, the only thing I can do is quit PT.

I have an active upgrade plan and the PT12 license (plus three others) on my iLok, but still it doesn't work.

In the "PT 12.6 Release Information" Avid says, that for PT 12.6 new licenses are necessary, which will be deposited in the iLok account:

This didn't happen, at least in my account.
I uninstalled PT 12.6 and went back to version 12.5.2, which is working fine.
